I took Mike to Charlie Palmer Steak for our belated valentine's day celebration. I went there for restaurant week last summer and thought it was so delicious that I had to share the experience with Mike. We both had filet mignon and shared two sides: hash browns and Brussel sprouts & pancetta. It was a lovely meal and we talked about everything :)
We were going to get HK egg waffle tacos for dessert at a pop up shop on Essex but we were so stuffed after dessert. Too bad because it was the Fung Bros last day! Oh well. Our cheesecake pudding hit the spot though. I haven't been able to forget it since I had it last year and Mike had to taste it. It's part of the experience!
After that we walked to Sephora at Herald Square to buy perfume. I have a voucher for a free bottle of perfume but the one I wanted didn't smell like the sample, so we just went home.
