The heat wave in NYC was unbearable.
I bought these popsicle molds during Macy's "Black Friday in July" sale (I know.) for $10 (can you believe this plastic thing is $26!). The heat wave seemed like the perfect time to start using these. Plus I still had a tub of yogurt leftover from making butter chicken, so why not...
I bought some blackberries, added a few teaspoons of honey and pureed them in the food processor. Then in layers, I put in ~1 tablespoon of blackberry puree and yogurt. When it's close to the top, I swirled it vertically with a chopstick to get the marble pattern. Popped it into the freezer and 6 hours later, it was ready to be enjoyed!
