I was a little nervous about making this because the recipes I read asked for a lot of herbs and spices that I wouldn't normally use. Thankfully, I was able to hunt down a pre-packaged version of the spices. Yeah, I was pretty motivated - I really wanted to make this at home since having it in Taiwan. Still though, my version is missing that fermented taste. I guess I'll be making this again in the near future to get that authentic taste!
