We recently bought this bad boy - I normally make my coffee with a french press, but it's noticeably richer and more fragrant with a stovetop espresso maker (of course). Even when it's watered down. Add milk and sugar, and it's the perfect morning start.
Taco night - we wanted to mix things up since we normally cook Asian and eat out in Asian restaurants. The Cajun chicken was on point. The pico de gallo, corn salad, peppers, and lime rounded it out. So yum.
