There's a cost to everything. I feel like I had a breakthrough on my last project where I finally realized my limits and found the courage to speak up and set boundaries with my workmates. We all have boundaries, and I had to get comfortable speaking to them to keep my well-being in tact. It was hard because I'm not the boss so I don't make the rules, but I have to stand up for myself and say my piece. There's a cost to everything and my well-being is not up for grabs.
