Photo creds to Haekyung
A few weeks ago, Haekyung and I went to Charlie Palmer Steak to catch up. It has like 6 dollar signs on Yelp and it was so worth going to during restaurant week. I tried steak tartar for the first time in my life and it was surprisingly refreshing and tasty. It wasn't gamy like I imagined and I didn't gag. We got their hangar steak and it was so buttery, smooth, and cooked perfectly medium. We spent an hour savoring each bite. It was heavenly. For dessert, we tried their cheesecake pudding with graham cracker crumbs and raspberries. And it was the best deconstructed cheesecake I have ever had. It was the first deconstructed cheesecake I have ever had but still. Anyway, Haekyung is in Korea now *cries*
